I can't connect wirelessly on iOS14.

 

Hello, This is Easy&Light!

When using EasyCanvas Pro, some people say that wireless connection is not possible.

If you are using a device with iOS 14 or later, please refer to the information below.

From iOS14, 'Local Network' has been added.

Because of this, a pop-up asking whether to allow 'Local Network' is displayed when running EasyCanvas Pro,

and you have to click 'OK' to use wireless connection.

When you run the app, a pop-up will appear as shown below and click 'OK'.

To set it up manually, Go to 'Settings' - 'Privacy' - 'Local Network'.

Please activate the option.

If the wireless connection does not work after following the above,

Please check that your PC and iPad are on the same network.

If the problem is still not resolved,

Please contact us through the homepage with the log file.

I will give you an answer after log analysis!
