If you have any problems while using our app, please contact us through the homepage with the log files.

Then, you can get a quicker response.

Simple question and answer through comments in facebook, instagram are possible.

But, log files are required for any problems that require analysis and can be answered after developer analysis!

The way to extract log files for Twomon SE, EasyCanvas (Pro) is explained as follows.

The way to extract log files for Twomon SE



[PC Program log]

    1. Select Tray > 'Program information' on the PC. 

    

    2. Afterwards, when you click the Extract Log File button in the new window, a compressed file is generated on your desktop.

    



[App log]

Android

    1. Re-run the application on your device.

    2. Tap on the app version at the bottom right of the main page about 10 times, then make sure a created log zip file named 'TwomonSE.log.archived.yyyymmddhhmmss.zip' in Download folder on your device.





iOS

  1. Connect the device to extract the logs to a PC.

  2. Run iTunes and click it when the connected device appears on the upper tap.

  3. Click ‘File Sharing’ in the list to the left.

  4. Scroll down the updated screen and click the app (Twomon SE) to extract the log from the ‘App’ in the ‘File Sharing’ column.



  5. Drag the log file at the bottom of ‘Twomon SE Documents' to each folder or desktop, etc., or select the file and save it by clicking the ‘Save As’ button at the bottom right.

The way to extract log files for EasyCanvas (Pro)


[PC Program log]

    1. Select Tray > Click 'About'.

    


    2. Afterwards, when you click the "Create Logs" button in the new window, a compressed file is generated on your desktop.

    



[Mac log]

     1. Select Tray > Click 'About'.

    

    2. Click "Create Logs"

    

    3. The log file will be generated on the background.
    
    



[App log]


     1. Connect the device to extract the logs to a PC.

  2. Run iTunes and click it when the connected device appears on the upper tap.

  3. Click ‘File Sharing’ in the list to the left.

  4. Scroll down the updated screen and click the app (EasyCanvas) to extract the log from the ‘App’ in the ‘File Sharing’ column.




  5. Drag the log file at the bottom of ‘Twomon SE Documents' to each folder or desktop, etc., or select the file and save it by clicking the ‘Save As’ button at the bottom right.

If you are using Mac OS without iTunes,

Just extract the app log file as shown below!

1. Connect your iPad to your Mac using a USB cable, then launch Finder.
In the Finder, you can see that the iPad is connected as shown on the left.



2. If you go to the "Files" of the connected device, you can see the app log file under EasyCanvas app.



3. Please drag it to the desktop.

  2. The Twomon PC Program does not seem to support windows 10 2004 build?
    While install on windows 10 2004 build, the message "The application configuration is incorrect" always appears when starting the application.

  3. For Windows10, I recommend using Twomon SE.
    Twomon SE supports Windows10.
    TwomonUSB/Air supports the old version of OS.

  4. For macOS catalina 10.15.5 , The Twomon PC Program is not working because of the Privacy Settings.
    I can't check the 'Screen Recording' setting in System Preferences > Security & Privacy because Twomon app is not in the list of 'Screen Recording' .
    Even I started Twomon app, Twomon app is always not in the list of Privacy Settings.

    1. Sorry for the inconvenience.
      Please follow the below.

      - Please quit the Twomon PC Program forcibly. (CMD + Q)
      - Delete the Twomon PC Program registered in setting of Accessibility.
      It can be deleted in the setting of Accessibility. (Screen Recording can not be deleted)
      - Restart after deleting through uninstaller.
      - Re-install through installer.
      - Open the Twomon PC Program.
      The Twomon PC Program is added to Accessibility in this step.
      If it is not added, register it manually.


      Please check it with the way above.
