Online classes using Zoom program x EasyCanvas!

I think there are a lot of people who do video lessons using 'ZOOM' program because the COVID-19.

So, today I would like to guide you on how to use the program more efficiently using iPad, Apple Pencil, and EasyCanvas app.

1. Install ZOOM program

Please register as a member on the 'ZOOM' homepage.

Enter your email address when signing up.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address.

Click "Activate Account" in the mail.

If you fill out simple information and password, membership registration is completed.

You can download the program.

(For detailed download way, there is already a lot of information. So, I'll explain briefly!)

When the installation is complete, run the program and log in.

2. Install EasyCanvas PC program & Application

Install a PC (or Mac) program from the homepage.

If you installed the PC program, Now go to the App Store and search for "EasyCanvas" and download it.

3. Connect

Now you are ready to connect.

Run EasyCavnas PC program.

Make a USB connection between PC and iPad, and run EasyCanvas app.

(When EasyCanvas PC program is running, it does not appear.

Please note that it is indicated by the tray icon at the bottom right!)

Then the connection is complete!

Check the guide contents and click "START" on the last screen!

Then I will start class with ZOOM.

Click Start and the following window will be displayed.

Copy the invitation URL.

Please pass the URL to the students.

At this time, you must pass the password (or numeric password) together!

And I use the "screen sharing" function.

I'll put the lecture materials and write them down.

First, join the meeting by "accepting" the student who accessed through the invitation link.

Open the lecture material file to be shared in advance,

Please select "Share Screen" from the menu below.

All currently open screens are displayed on the screen.

Select the lecture file and "share" it.

Then students can view the lecture file together.

Now, using the Apple Pencil, you can use the PPT lecture materials on the iPad.

Let's highlight or write.

With PPT data floating, you can deliver the handwritten content with voice to students!

In spite of online class, you can write anything on the iPad without difficulty.

You can write in PDF files as well as PPT files!
